COI-BusinessFlow G5

COI-BusinessFlow G5 is a technically mature client-server solution developed over many years. It combines the electronic archiving, document management (DMS) and workflow management into a modular client application employed many times and in the most diverse environments. COI-BusinessFlow G5 allows a safe and consistent long-term archiving and handles administration, versioning and management of data and documents in a central information platform.

G5 is the latest generation of the COI-BusinessFlow ECM suite with a wealth of innovations.

The workflow component provides a rapid distribution of data and files, such as purchase order transactions, document releases or invoices. The document management functions support the user from acquisition to distribution and processing up to storage and archival of all process relevant information in the complete document life cycle (information lifecycle management). With a companywide electronic archiving and uniform document management, the most current information on all business processes is available to employees at every workstation in any location (business process management).
